Dragonfly CMS User Info Small block further reduced to hide members currently logged in.

Developed from block-User_Info_Small.php for Dragonfly 9.2.1.

Possible usage would be to install User_Info_Mini and User_Info_Small, and display _Mini to users who are not logged in, and _Small to members who are already logged in.

Note that you will need to assign different block names to each.
