BBCode On (Currently Active) Visual Indicator Icons

Love reDesign like I do, but miss the "bbcode on" visual indicator that is
present in Dragonfly theme? Well wait no longer! While it looks as though
Madis has a plan to implement this feature in CSS for greater flexibility,
here is a temporary solution to get you by until then.

Copy the icon files in the attached zip into your

themes/{your_theme}/images/bbcode/

folder, replacing some of the existing images (all those ending in "1").

WARNING: To enable you to recover in case you do not like this mod, either
make a copy of your original folder before your start, or re-extract this
folder from your original reDesign .zip.

Tested with reDesign version 9.2.1.6, but probably OK with all versions.
