New reDesign Theme

I've finally given enough time over to this site to rework it to use Eestlane's incredible reDesign theme. If you haven't tried it yet, then you are missing out! Especially if you like to make changes to your theme.

Only feature I found lacking in reDesign was the BBCode visual indicators, you know when you click, say, the [I] button it highlights to remind you to turn it off again at some point. Looking at the code I can see Eestlane has great plans in this area, but I want it now!

So I edited the actual icon files, at a cost of a preset rather than a theme configurable highlight colour. It is tedious and repetitive, so if you want the same files, look in downloads.
