This site and the iPad

Almost 3 years to the day since the last post in this section!

Out of interest, are you aware that your menu on this site doesn't work on the iPad? Nothing is clickable, which is a bit of a downer on using the site!

Presumably means that I have to upgrade to reDesign3. Like the look of this site though.

But even on reDesign3 you can only click on the top level menus can't you?

No, doesn't work with reDesign 3 either...

I'm told it does here (or perhaps that was the iPhone?)

It has my megamenu mod in, but I doubt that's the cause ...

It does work there, but only the top level. The drop downs disappear so aren't clickable. My site here is reDesign3 but nothing is clickable...

Forgot to update my findings here ...

I was wrong about Android, I can use the full menu, but it is sufficiently hard that I'd not want to do it much. I think the issue is that zoom - which you need to do a lot of to get the pull-down menus large enough to click on - have the side effect of closing the pull-down menu unless you are very, very careful.

That said, the top level menus work fine.

So you need to ensure that the top level menu items always have a link associated with them, even if it seems redundant when accessing from a PC where the pull-down menus are easily accessible.

I see You've fixed it here - what did you do? Just ensure top-level had a link?

Precisely. Just chose the obvious "main" one from the drop down and duplicated it on the top level entry.
