Two big errors!
Two big errors!
Posted: Fri May 11, 2007 3:51 pm
Everything seemed to be going perfectly well with Pro News module on my site, but it seems to hve changed in the past few minutes due to these two errors.
The first is in the option of editing an article whih goes like this;
Internal Server Error
The URL that you requested, /admin.php?op=Pro_News&mode=add&do=edit&id=119, resulted in a server configuration error. It is possible that the condition causing the problem will be gone by the time you finish reading this.
We have logged this error and will correct the problem.
The second is in the option of saving an article whih goes like this;
Internal Server Error
The URL that you requested, /index.php?name=Pro_News&mode=submit&do=save, resulted in a server configuration error. It is possible that the condition causing the problem will be gone by the time you finish reading this.
We have logged this error and will correct the problem.
Any suggestions.

It was working, and now doesn't? Unless you've changed something, it would seem to be something more general than Pro_News!
Looked on dragonflycms.org, and found only this: http://dragonflycms.org/Forums/viewtopic/t=18874.html.
layingback's server specs (Server OS / Apache / MySQL / PHP / DragonflyCMS)
2.6.32 / 1.3.39 - 2.2.12 / 4.4.7 - 5.1.37 / 5.3.0 / 9.2.1

No it never worked. Never since the first install. And it has never happened on my site, ever. The editing option gave me a shock yesterday, but I decided to look at all other things thinking that I could be a fault.
As well as the same time the rest of the Site works, only these links don't. Any suggestions?

1st make sure all theme stuff is installed correctly.
Then turn on all Debug under Admin > Main Settings, then report what errors it displays.
What version of DF are you running?

2.6.32 / 1.3.39 - 2.2.12 / 4.4.7 - 5.1.37 / 5.3.0 / 9.2.1

Using 9.1.2.1. Tried all your given suggestions. First uploaded the theme files. Didn't work. And then switched all the debugs. Didn't work even then. Please help. I think it is a great module and would love to use it!

No, no. Debug doesn't make it work - it tells me what went wrong!
Run the step that goes wrong, then immediately scroll down and there will be a list of SQL activity by PHP module. The current one is the last one in the list. So copy and paste what it shows for that last one, please.
You need to be logged in as Admin to see the debug results.

OK I am horrible at this stuff but I have figured out a way to segreagate what I think you seem to be looking for. Have a look
modules/News/admin/adwait.inc
0.0005 - LINE 19: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM cms_queue
modules/Pro_News/admin/adwait.inc
0.0014 - LINE 19: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM cms_pronews_articles WHERE approved=0
Hope this helps you solve the problem!

What I posted above is what I see passively on every screen. When I try to edit it shows the following screen.

As such it is not possible for me to see any error messages as you mentioned to spot above. What should I do now.
