Great module!

First, I want to say I am very excited to see someone like you take the time to develop this as I think the existing news module needs improvement and thank you for sharing your expertise with the Dragonfly community.

I have downloaded the module but have not uploaded yet and I have a couple of questions;

Is it possible to set the full article for only for registered members and the guest visitor can only the the introduction? For example when the guest visitor hit the Full Article, they get a message like this is only for member only. Please register and provide a link to the registration page?

Not that I can think of ...

But if you are trying to limit access to Pro_News, here's how I would do it: Create a Section for very general news that anyone is permitted to read, and make that Section accessible to all. Then put everything else in Sections which are limited to Registered users only.

Would you consider adding that function in your next version? There are good number of people were asking for that in Dragonfly site. That even make the Pro_News module more powerful.

It's possible. I have a hacked up version done here already, although more is needed for a complete solution. But it would require a full release to deploy it. It's a bit too big to release as patches, plus it's hardly a smart thing to do with security access code - don't want to make it too easy for the bad guys!

Thing is I have no plans for a release right now, so unless you induce me to release sooner it will have to wait until the next yet-to-be-scheduled release.
