Is it possible to code the slide show button that is an option when yoiu link to a coppermine album to limit the image size it shows to full screen in lieu of the images full size?

And if so could I get some pointers please?

I would think that adding a derivative of the method Phoenix lists for Forums at the bottom of this page dragonflycms.org/Forum...c/t=24378/ would be simplest.

Obviously you'll need to change the div name (or drop altogether). And if you want it relative to the screen width rather than a fixed width, then you'll need some code to determine.

(I'm part way through trying to do the screen width calc for Forums, but I'm after screen width whereas you'll need browser window width, so you'll need to sourc3 that JavaScript from the www.)

Thinking some more about this, another approach which might work - would need some research to confirm - could be to modify the existing code to check the size of the full image against the screen width, and force the window to only open to full screen if it was larger. Then as most browsers today seem to open an image sized to fit the current window (although I'm not sure about IE as I don't use it) you would create your desired effect for all except those who had specifically configured their browsers to open image as full size (and they would presumably be happier with it working that way anyway).

If you could get that working, I'd willing include in Pro_News, with credits of course, so you wouldn't need to re-implement on each release.
