New Release (v4) of BBCode Hack for more BBCode features

Starting a fresh thread on this topic, with a fresh download. Version 4, has everything that v3 had, plus title and alt option on img, more intuitive syntax for imgurl and pdfurl (old formats still supported) plus a few bug fixes.

Also included are a complete set of icons for non-reDesign themes, with a small reduction in width to allow for all the extra icons.

And finally, but not insignificantly, a completely updated BBCode Help FAQ.

You can get a look at the structure of the new BBCode here on this site, but note that the flat-button look is not included, that's part of reDesign theme.
