Yes, this ISP (link in block ad) has extremely good hardware, configuration, and connections for the price. Quad processors, SANs, and at 1 Willshire, one of the 2 or 3 most "connected" buildings on the West Coast.

So what actually happens when you "invoke flood control"?

I get a white screen that says something like "Error, we do not allow flooding. Please wait 8 seconds before clicking again."

I made sure to wait, and as you see I'm not banned.
