Allow comments bug

Looks like the their is a bug - if I select 'Allow Comments' to 'No' and save - and then look at the article again it seems to have defaulted back to 'Yes'. It appears to be the same with submit article too - if you select 'No' it shows 'yes' when you try to edit.

OK, just found the bug that was causing this confusion.

Intent of code had been to force users creating articles to follow the settings for Category, Section, Site with regards enabling comments.

For Admin I thought that Admin should have choice.

Bug was that I was aways displaying Comments = Yes. Now fixed (in next release) and will display- for Admins - what setting is saved in article.
